I was born in Russia, in the Ural area, but I moved to Ukraine when I was 12 and I later studied and worked as a paediatrician. After the changes of the 90s’ in my country, and since my job was not paid anymore, I decided to move abroad to look for a job and help my sons. I’ve been living in Italy for 12 years now, and for a couple of them in Florence.
I really like the initiative Florence Migranda, because it allowed me to get to know the history of this unique city in the world… but also I learned about the story of many different people with different cultures, religions, food. All united by a common interest and love for this city.
